It's a flat;
a large living room space, three bathrooms, two guest rooms, one master bedroom, one study, a nice sized kitchen, a special soundproof recording room and a garden patio on the roof. She has the top building part of her flat. She lives in a seven story flat building. She also has a large blacony. Her Rooftop area is a zen garden, there is also a hot tub. Aki comes here often as well.
